I’m pissed off, they totally, totally, violated my man. I been trying to call my man all morning. I’m offended! I’m offended, for one, cuz it happened in New York City. They pulled the bus over, like c’mon you don’t pull no bus over when he’s coming to your city, to perform for kids, of probably the same people that locked him up. That was some bullshit. I don’t know the situation as far as what happened on the bus, but at the end of the day, Weezy shouldn’t be going to jail for nothing right now.
Even as rappers, we out here on defense. We ain’t out here hurting nobody. We go to shows picking up 50, 60, probably hundreds of thousands of dollars in his case. Cash money. You pull the bus over, what you expect? A million dollars in jewelry with bags full of money, and have nothing to protect it?
