WASHINGTON – 25 Magazine will host “The Bridge: The Starving Artists DMV Cipher” at Palace 5ive on Oct. 25. “The Bridge” will feature a rap cipher and live performances from Washington, D.C. area and Howard University artists. From 7 – 11 p.m., the “jam session” styled performances will serve as an extension of the magazine’s award-winning “Starving Artists” series. The lineup includes buzz-worthy artists RAtheMC, Phil Adé, Flex Mathews, G5 Clive, Green of The Five One band, and Howard University artists Fuze The MC and King Zimm.
