J. Cole’s First Magazine Cover Shoot [Video]
@JColeNC is the cover artist for Beyond Race Magazine, in case you didn’t know, the Roc Nation number 1 draft pick hasn’t been on the cover on any other magazine prior to this. In the video he talks about reception from people after being on BP3, crowd interaction when he performs etc.
The thing about this story in particular is that it was myself and Rikers that introduced the staff and EIC to who J. Cole was, we pushed for him to be the cover artist in the midst of uncertainty and it came out all good in the end.
