Hov hosted a charity event through his Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation, at Pier 54. A full fledged carnival was hoisted and ticketed at 1,000 a pop. In attendance was A-Rod and soon to be abuela, Gloria Carter. Also shout out to Jasmin for getting an interview with one half of The Throne, coming soon.
